 Product Description

Annie Oakley 1860 - 1926, born Phoebe Ann Mosey, was an American sharpshooter and exhibition shooter.  Her amazing talent had her in shooting matches when she was 15 years old, and made history by outshooting marksman Frank Butler, whom she married.  The match inspired one of her most famous quotes: "When a man hits a target, they call him a marksman. When I hit a target, they call it a trick!" They joined the Buffalo Bill's Wils West Show and both were international stars. Here is an outstanding piece: a signed "clubs" card used as a ticket to the show, and not only signed by Annie Oakley, but stamped "Buffalo Bill Cody US 1885 Wild West Show".
