 Product Description

Bon Jovi band Award. In 1995, Bon Jovi took his “These Days" concert tour to South Africa. It would be his first concert in Johannesburg but would lead to his including causes there in his Soul Foundation charities.  He worked with Polygram for distribution and sales and, in November of 1995, Polygram of South Africa issued a Platinum record award, giving each of the five members of the band an individual award.  Here is the one and only Platinum award presented to Hugh McDonald, guitarist and bassist for Bon Jovi, having been the band’s bass guitarist since 1984. This was for sales in South Africa of over a million albums on the “These Days” Tour there.  It has in the display two original "These Days” CDs.  It is in its original presentation, unaltered. Great concert, great future cause work, great band!
